DEPRESSION IS REAL
On the front in English. The back reads Depression is real in Hebrew, Japanese, and Russian.
Depression is never black and white, there are always certain levels of depression ranging from just not feeling like getting out of bed for work in the morning due to a working a job you greatly dislike, to self harm and even suicide when things just don’t seem to be working out and it feels as though you are doomed to spend the rest of your life that way. It is important to remember as with anything in life, challenges will pass and we come out stronger having learnt lessons of the past which can be applied to our future. While life may seem to be getting you down at this certain point, there is always a light at the end of the tunnel and countless opportunities to turn things around and bring back a life of bliss.
If you or anyone you know is experiencing any of these symptoms, it is best to seek medical advice to see exactly what you may be dealing with before it manifests itself into something much more dangerous. Keeping in mind there is always help and support available and you are never alone in your battle with depression.
